From Cape / New Bedford Area

• 195 West to Plymouth Avenue Exit
• Take Right at bottom of the Exit onto Plymouth Avenue.
• Continue straight through set of Lights
• While traveling towards next light position yourself in the Left lane (CVS ON LEFT) At light take left onto Bedford Street.
• While traveling down Bedford Street stay to the Right side of tire street
• Continue down Bedford Street for several blocks.
• You will pass the Salvation Army on the right.
• One block later you will see sign for G & J Professional Building Parking Lot. Please park in designated area.
• Cross the street and enter the G & J Professional Building using the side entrance This entrance will be marked for Handicapped use as well.
• Take Elevator to the 3rd floor.
• Dianne C. Nassr Healing Arts Center will be on the 3rd Floor- Suite 303

From Boston / Taunton Area

• Directions from Rt. 24 South
  
• Bear Right at Fork - Take Exit 7 - Rt. 79 South
• Follow Rt. 79 under the Braga Bridge
• Follow signs onto 195 East
  
• Take first exit onto the Plymouth Ave. Exit At end of Exit take a Left
  
• Continue straight through 1st set of Lights
• While traveling towards next light position yourself in the left lane (CVS on Left side)
• Take Left at Light onto Bedford Street
• Continue down Bedford Street for several blocks.
