We are bringing this healing breathing technique back to the Center. Many of you have tried it in the past and so now it is going to be a part of our monthly schedule to keep us all moving along on our healing journey. Please bring your own blanket, pillow and eye pillow to enjoy this experience to the fullest. Loud music will be played during this evenings program. |
